Thanks guys
am feeling a bit better this morning, though i was supposed to be going to a course through womens aid and the anxiety was just too much so i couldn't go
Its rotten wanting to do things then not being able to......but i am managing to do more at least some of the time so i just need to be patient with myself i think
Xansmum sorry to hear you have the cold againit does take time to adjust to all those new germs you will be coming into contact with - it used to happen me too when i was working in nursing homes! I would recommend taking echinacea to help boost your immune system and if you don't already arm yourself with antibac spray and use it on your hands as often as possible. There is another vitamin supplement i used now and again it was really really good but i can't remember the name of it atm - will let you know when brain defrosts
It is a huge change for you but it will all settle in a while i'm sure
Hismisses - well done on the progressyou are nearly there with your list
Suzi - well done on stepping away on ur ownnice to have you drop in to see us and catch up
Think i will be doing some more pottering about today - still have the headache, tho day 1 of HRT again now so hopefully that will help clear it and the droopy mood :rotfl:
Still working on my wee list.....not sure if its getting bigger or smaller :rotfl::rotfl: at least things are changing on it!

If you try to do too much then you will end up going backwards so yes be patient with yourself
I am sorry for being a lone stepper recently but I just couldn't justify the extra time. But I have been reading what you have all been up to so I am still here in spirit :rotfl:

Difficult to decide what steps to put for this weekend thanks to the lovely(!) weather! I'm not happy this evening as my OH is snowed in and we were supposed to spend the weekend together. If he doesn't make it out following the plough in the morning I intend to:
1) Buy rabbit food doneI also bought a non-essential sledge! Now just need someone to go sledging with!
2) Open account at building society may have to rollie, didn't realise they closed at 12
3) Sort assessment stuff for school
4) Cut and laminate names for practicing name writing.
5) Update diary done
6) Start a jigsaw
7) Make cards
8) Take clothes to charity shop (if it's not too treacherous!)
9) Put card in recycling
10) Update handbell team scrapbook
11) Hot bath
12) Update ipod
13) Sort SkyGo account done
14) Sort out card making box
15) Finish watching Frozen Planet (seems appropriate in this weather!)
There's probably more to add but I can't think at the minute...still trying to warm through!
