Do Epson printers come with ink

Got to get a new printer, I like Epsons, so probably going to get a D78. Doesn't mention if it comes with ink. The ink is 2 third of the price of the printer. So now I'm wondering if I have to order the ink as well.

Never had a printer from them that doesnt so far and I have had many over the years best being the R300. Some people buy printers then resell the inks on Ebay only to use cheapo refills0
