    Just exchanged on sale, problems on purchase waiting on Husbands death certificate.
    Fingers crossed, holding on tight, might need a divorce solicitor after explaining to Wife that us and children could be homeless on the 10th may

    Solicitor rang back at 15:30 saying we have exchanged on purchase as well, completion set for 10th May.

  • Well done pickles, I also hope that our exchange will be hassle free, had our offer accepted yesterday and the mortgage approved today (FTB).

    So exciting, I remember renting my first place 8 years ago and thinking how grown up I was - this is so much better!
