About to splt up will move to my buy to let property

I don't think you will be able to live in your buy to let without asking your lender. You might want to check that on the housing forum on this site. The same with your landlords insurance on that property too, I assume.
RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.
Read the sticky on the House Buying, Renting & Selling board.

It's the sub-board of this Benefits forum (at the top of the page).

  • Thank you.

The buy to let property does not have a mortgage on it, but does have a buy to let insurance.
