I've seen a bathroom suite and a cloakroom suite on their website and they are fantastic prices.
Does anyone have any experience with the company?
Thanks

Hi,
I have have used them alot, I can recommend them. I used to order from them on-line, they have now opened a trade counter a few miles from where we live.;)0 -
They are alright but beware of their delivery prices. I live on an island and they tend to shaft us outlying areas a bit. I personally think that when you advertise free next day delivery to the UK and don't mention the word mainland in the massive title, that we should also be included in the freeness, but no, we have to pay a £6 surcharge! Thats even for standard deliveries as well! SHocking0

Hi, i would agree. Used them for years, both mail order and trade counters. Got this from them this morning, hope it helps.

I've used them for years.
There is a recommend a friend, where the recommender gets a 10GBP voucher
and the newbie get a welcome present don't get excited!
The delivery is as good as the carrier, so as I have a difficult to find address I always put in some extra instructions.
They used to be based in Yeovil but now have a big depot in the Midlands.
I think they are now B&Q in disguise.
I've had a lost delivery, so check before you sign for the goods (1 of 2 but where is 2 of 2?). No problem getting a replacement.
However I once sent back a consignment of light bulbs - they were rubbish c/o Osram. The computer then calculated that my order no longer qualified for a discount and clawed it back out of my refund, which I thought was a bit of a cheek.
They have flirted with "Big Stuff" but the prices don't seem to be as keen on the likes of kit conservatories.
You have to get into the rhythm of planning ahead and remembering everything you need for the job, but you should do that anyway !
good luck
Harry.
