  • I don't exactly agree. Someone may "ask" the same question but asked in a different way or with a different intention or aim.

It is still the same question, not matter how you dress it up or word it slightly different, still the same.

As someone points out in another thread

  • I do not agree i am sorry. And i am definitely NOT a troll. All this troll thing is very bad. Why is it easy for you to judge people like that? That's not fair you know.

I am here to ask. Nothing more.

If I had the money for an iPad mini I would be straight out down the shops and buy a Nexus 10, boom boom!

And why is that penrhyn? Does the Nexus 10 suit your lifestyle?

The slightly larger screen would suit my ageing eyesight a little better.
The downside being its not as pocket-able as the 7.

But the question still remains...is buying an iPad mini now a good & practical deal considering the pros & cons?

    Do you want spoon-fed?

In my opinion an Ipad Mini is not a good & practical deal, especially versus the Nexus 7. But you've already been told that, and you've already HAD a Nexus 7 (if your other thread is to be believed) ... so to paraphrase The Matrix "Make up your own damn mind". :)
  • The 16GB mini just came back in stock at John Lewis (2 year guarantee).

I've played with all the major tablets out there and it's defo a mini for me. They just 'work' and the app store is ace. Build quality and battery life is superb. If you do lots of surfing, the mini is preferable to any 7 inch tablet (in my opinion) as most pages come up the same as they would on your desktop/laptop, not stacked/chopped/rearranged. Another important thing for me is that Sky Go works much better on the mini than the nexus (though this may get sorted in time).

Getting mine on Saturday and I can't wait.
