I decided not to use this company, as they sell unsealed products and accept return on intimate products. I don't trust their intergrity in deposing of their products! It's a business after all ! I does not appeal. I rather buy a sealed product.

Ewwwww!!! The thought of potentially buying a used item of that nature is not a nice one at all.

I'm not suggesting that this company does this and I know that legally they don't have to sell these items sealed, but no thank you - sealed purchases for me only.

When I purchased a product from them and it arrived unsealed I sent it straight back!

Did you perhaps miss the bit in the returns section that states:
Returns that we even suspect have been used or worn are disposed of safely or recycled via Rabbit Amnesty

I've never had an unsealed box sent to me from there either. Has this happened more than once Pearl?

    A little judgemental I think.

They were in a tv programme recently, which you can view on 4OD:

It shows the returns department and what they do, no "recycling" of used items, straight in the bin. It is something they offer to encourage people to buy from them, rather than going to a shop. People prefer knowing they can buy and try and still return for a ong while afterwards.
