I've wasted 20 minutes on this, can't find it as an option, nor through google. Anyone know how?

Electronic delivery of what?
If it's software or an E-book etc, then the seller is just selling you a web link or an email, which he will send you, in an email.
That's what is referred to as 'electronic delivery'
