Turn it around - if they had accidentally scanned it twice, would you be ok with them refusing you a refund?

    Gotta be up to you.

Each person is different so we can only say what we would do in the circumstances.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.
  • Hi,

what you're really wanting is folks on here to say, well done, keep it Asda loss, so as you'll not feel guilty, but then, there really is no moral dilema.

You know yourself what is the right thing to do.

Is there a sign saying "check your change, mistakes cannot be rectified once you leave the shop" ?

    If so, no moral dilemma

    You know what they say:

    Honesty is the best policy.

You will feel good about yourself afterwards too.
It's not really worth losing your integrity over is it.
