Just got tribunal letter stating DWP decision set-aside. New to DLA, what do I need to do? Contact DWP?
I Have told tax credits about change as currently working. Can I expect backpayment of disabled workers tax credit premium? Not very clear to tell from website....
How long will it take DWP to make payments?
Any other concessions we can get? The only one I can find is the CEA cinema card...
Thanks for reading and happy new year!

I'm not sure what you mean by set aside and can't answer most of your questions, but I wanted to bump the thread up so someone more useful might see it!
I do know that if you've been awarded DLA, you should get the payments pretty quickly, and they'll be backdated to the date of your claim.
Good luck.0 -
Are you shocked because you expected a higher award, or shocked because you didn't expect to get an award at all ?I try not to get too stressed out on the forum. I won't argue, i'll just leave a thread if you don't like what I say.

Eligablity criteria requires to be met, simply qualyfing for dla does not necesseraly meet it.Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0 -
A set aside does not mean you have won your tribunal, it is as if it never happened and you will have a new tribunal which will make a new decision on your claim.krypton1978 wrote: »Just got tribunal letter stating DWP decision set-aside. New to DLA, what do I need to do? Contact DWP?
