Swimming prices

Hi all, Looking to go back to swimming and called the local pool to see what prices are likely to be. Over £6 per swim of which £1.60 per hour is parking. £30 per month or £300 per year for a season ticket. When has this got all so expensive? Feel really down as I was looking forward to going back (used to compete 15 years…

DW Fitness is £38 a month, although they also run an employers discount for many employers. I think they all have pools, plus full gym equipment, but the pool sizes vary (15m - 25m?).

If you don't need swimming and just want gym equipment puregym is about £19 a month. :cool:
