Hi can you help me? How come when i file in the small claims court that i never has to put down my account number?

What did you put in the particulars of claim then? That's where you normally mention it.Reclaimed thanks to this site:

The particulars template on the MSE site doesn't show that you have to put your bank details. In hindsight, it's a no-brainer, but I just followed that template and only realised after claiming that I hadn't put my bank account numbers, so now I have to pay £35 to amend the claim.
It's easily done, I think Martin:money: should include this rather large detail on the template!0 -
The particulars that work for most people can be found in Post 6 and 11 of the MCOL thread, as Martin's template seems to provide a space problem for MCOL.Reclaimed thanks to this site:
