ebay fees - quick question

Please advise me on this one;
I have a BIN item at £4.99 which has just sold.
Through emails etc with the buyer i have arranged to sell him 2 more of the exact item for £4 each, so the transaction (that has already gone thru paypal) was for £18.99 in total including p&p.
Now will i pay FVF fees for the 4.99 as the BIN price for the item, or for the £18.99 transaction that went thru paypal? Hopefully the former...
