sky + box memory

Hi Guys

I have a sky + box - not one of the newest ones.

When I delete everything it says I have 53% free, instead of 100%

any ideas?

You need to do a planer build, but if that doesn't work a full system reset which will reformat the hard disk is what you need. The con is you will lose any series links you had and any recorded programs. Just remember to make a note of them.

To do the planner rebuild press Services>System Setup then press 0 then 1 then select. This will get you into the engineer menu.
There is an option to do the planner rebuild in there, this won't lose any data and might work. Failing that, select the Full system reset. This one can take a 10 minutes or more to work.

Should do the trick.
