refunding money

Hi,
I'm trying to issue a refund through paypal for an ebay item lost in the post of 60.00, but I only have 30.00 in my account and it's telling me that I need to 'add a bank account' so that the rest of the money can be debited from my bank account.
However, I have been withdrawing money without problems for months and months, so doesn't that mean that I already have added a bank account??

Its means you don't have a direct debit setup & it will be quicker to add funds from your card or wait for another sale if you have any live listings0
