You've been told repeatedly by posters other than myself that cancelling a cheque is NOT fraud but you "know" that it is fraud. Well, whoopy-doopy you, Jethro. As to your opaque observation about the difference between "knowledge" and "intelligence", how about pondering on the difference between those two conditions and "idiocy". You're certainly well qualified, on the basis of your posts here, to grasp that one.
