I forgot my manners - good morning/afternoon all. Working and having a quick lurk as the boss is out.

It's really foggy and cold still in the North West.

Squigs - I hope you're feeling a little better today and the heartache is slowly easing.

    Hugs to everyone in need.

I know you lovely lot are fab with your advice, so thought i would ask for some :D

We are a family of 4, 2 adults, 2 children, currently living in a largeish 3 bed semi house, no garage, medium garden.
we were on the market and have just accepted an offer. Now there aren't many houses out there for us at the moment (we are desperate to move though due to needing to move away from family)
Although, we have seen a lovely 2 bed detached bungalow with garage and larger garden (although on a slope) and we've worked out we could make it into a 3 bed if our children decided they want their own rooms.

Just slightly worried about moving into a bungalow. What are peoples views on bungalows, pro's and con's very welcome please and thank you :)

Have you thought about a loft conversion - friends of ours have put two bedrooms in the loft of their bungalow and it is now a chalet conversion I believe!!!! It is lovely though. In fact there was one done on Homes Under the Hammer on tv this morning if you look back! (It was only a quick watch while I had my coffee - honest!!)

(Back to work now - I've been asked to do a letter and couldn't help but chuckle out loud!! ...Yours faithfu..y...:rotfl:)

We moved into a bungalow a year ago and we love it!!!! Was a bit worried to start with about sleeping on the ground floor, but soon forgot about it. Very convenient for us with a small child - I would hate to live in a house again!
2 years since my OH gave up smoking - total saving approx £5475!!!! :T

Poss mouthwash glitch in Boots, thanks to Ohdearohdear on grabbit board:

    Mouth wash glitch at boots.
I brought some of the slotan sun creams and some other bits from boots today I just checked my receipt and Dentyl active mint mouth wash has come up as taking money of the rest of my shopping it was 3.15 half price to 1.58 but there was a coupon from the machine that gave me 25% of any dental ie mouth wash toothpaste etc and that has knocked 78p of the mouthwash before its half price and some how the end price for the mouth wash was -£1.58 and this came of my end total.

I would up load my receipt but still pretty new to this and not sure how to.
