Did anyone else order the £8 Yankee candles from Littlewoods?
Yes a few candles and a couple of the reed diffusers:)
I'm so sorry to read about your dear little Loopy passing Squigs. x
She looks like such a cutie and, I know from experience how painful it is to lose part of your family like that. Every dog that passes takes a little bit of our heart with them.
My old German Shepherd Ben went in a similar way to your Loopy. He seemed very well in himself, had his morning walk, ate his breakfast and by the afternoon he seemed tired and panting. We called out the emergency vet, and like your Loopy he had a bleed from a tumour (on his spleen). It was a terrible shock for him to go so suddenly, but the vet assured me that it is not painful. They feel weak from the loss of blood but it is not painful like bone cancer. :(
Looking back years later I am glad my Ben went like that rather than a long drawn out illness.
I know your heart will be breaking right now, but in time I know you will be able to remember Loopy and look at her photos and smile at all the lovely times you spent together and all her special little ways. :A
Big hugs to you & your family and to anyone else with poorly animals or humans to care for.
    MM x

p.s. Happy Belated new year to everyone, I've not been online much so sorry I have missed so much & no chance of catching up x

Hi MM nice to see you posting, I know you have first hand experience of such a sad loss too :A

Hello again. I've only got the Mars 80g Split Pot Dessert on my 'watch out for poss. DTD' for tomorrow, so if the SEL still says 50p, it looks like it's going to be 75p. Hopefully pay 75p, and 50p refund, costing 25p for an 80g dessert - far cheaper than an Aero Mousse! You might (or might not) get another penny back on top, if A says at 74p!

Also, in my habit of conflating (if that's a word) two different things and confusing you all, I have another item for Av M: The Tetley Tea Bags (160 per pack - 500g) are A £3.00 M £1.99. This seems quite good for non-S/price teabags, as people think A CBY 80 Teabags, when they were £1 a while back, were good value. This is a smidgen cheaper, plus the 10% off.

It also looks like the 4pk multipack of Heinz Tomato Soups are going on offer from tomorrow at M for the unusually low price of £1.67. This is about £1.50 after APG. Making them cheaper per can than going for A's 50p on the single cans - you get an extra can for the price of 3 'rolled back'. Although it's not certain, I suspect most of the M offers I mentioned yesterday (Monday) will still be running tomorrow.

Or T Cream of Tomato Soup (4pk - 4x150g) £1.79 (includes NI) vs S's equivalent own brand £1.50. Or perhaps the S four pack bought at S, either with a BM coupon or as a filler on a £20+ Sains shop hoping for a BM back on the comparable non-own brands. (Please see my post of technically earlier today, no 8377 on page 419 for other suggestions of Tv S items and please check Sains. prices haven't gone up if trying this, on the day you shop in T.)

Having made a brief re-appearance, I'm afraid I must be off now. Goodbye for now and goodnight all.

(Don't forget, if you're interested, to look out for the Mars Split Pot as you'll inevitably have forgotten about it if you've got this far.)
