    Goodly evening

Need to catch up with thread from all day  but before I do...

This is probably old news, but the blue Ariel stain remover 500ml spray is £2.22 in T's, bought some and used up some more £1.50 mocs from the old T's magazine (expiry 1st Feb). Compares to A's at £2.00, pp back for 22p on each bottle, so it works out at 50p a bottle. Not bad if you use this stuff. HTH someone.

Anyone got any experience of swordfish steaks i.e. how best to cook them? Got some tonight very cheap so thought I would try them.:)

I worked on a fish counter in T's for about 6 years. Just cook them like a steak. I would pur some sort of flavouring with it, but just a light flavour. HTH

You can also poach it and make a stew as it won't fall apart.

    Me as well:)

Had a strange one, my Colgate review was rejected, not really sure why, it told me to try again, unfortunately once you have submitted your review to Cologate the button disappears, so I can't resubmit:rotfl:

None of those. I only buy Garnier minerals when it's reduced to £1.00, and use the 50p moc that's always in the garnier nutrisse hair colour box. Ahem, not that I need to dye my hair of course ;)

CoT sorry to hear about your soup:eek:

There are 2 really easy onion soups. Cream of onion and French onion.

Would you like a recipe for one of them? Or have you had enough of cooking for now:)

I copied the french onion off the bbc website , don't fancy onion soup anymore. Lol

They are absolutely in bits, mentally physically, emotionally... The dad is a broken man, she was literally hours from death.

She did absolutely everything for everyone - none of them had ever done a thing around the house.

Eldest child has been training her bf over the last 12 months to do domestic things like using the vaccum, washing machine and iron and he can cook some meals so he has been able to help his dad and brother keep things going at home. Nana has taken over the washing though, my daughter has done the shopping and sorted fridge out. They are trying to keep things as normal as possible which is exactly the right thing to do however impossible.

It's very much a case of living from day to day

Sending positive thoughts and prayers x
