So excited Building Society rang to say that new mortgage payment will be nearly £360.00 less from February. They have agreed to consolidate the arrears. I also applied for cash office job at new Morrisons. So hopefully things are at last looking up for me. On the down side I cant find a £25.00 premium bond win cheque I received in December. Must have tidied it away at Xmas.
Again on plus side off to Lisbon for 3 days at weekend with sister. She is treating me for her birthday. Hoorah.
Must go house a mess where I have been tearing drawers and cupboards to pieces looking for things.

this is fab news regarding your mortgage. if you can it would still be worthwhile over paying each month as much as you can.
Otherwise you could pay say £100 or £250 into a monthly savings as an emergency money account. the one I have allows one month without paying into each year and one withdrawal and I can pay between £100 and £500 each month.

premium bonds, I think you can get a replacement cheque as we had one that went missing in the post.

Lisbon - I've been twice, but I'd didn't really like it. there is a great hop on hop off bus you can use for 24 hours, check the tourist info because if you get the ticket in certain place sit also covers the little yellow cab that goes up and down the huge bank :D

Lovely, hope it tastes better for you than the soup.

Just had a lovely bowl of brocoli and cheese soup that I made yesterday and I must admit it does taste better the day after.

Ate a WW hot smoked salmon/pasta/creme fraiche meal for lunch.....Urgh, it's a good job i didnt pay for it. Was so gloopy and tasteless (but it didnt stop me eating all of it :rotfl: I was starving!!)

Off for a coffee and planning my S list. Later x

yes part of my mortgage is interest only with no repayment vehicle. however it is not too large a part so if i put away about £100.00 per month ( which i shoulf be able to do) i estimate i will be able to repay on completion.
i am going to have another look for the cheque and if it does not turn up i will call them.

my sis has been to Lisbon last year on business and printed off some infor for me so looking forward to it. Thanks now all I need today is a glitch!!!

Well folks your sada receipts may not be producing much by way of cash but please inspect them carefully for multibuy glitch. I have a receipt with two cokes on it- will be checking around 3.45 when I get back from school. I am always hopeful.:)
