I've only got a couple of jars of dried stuff. Seen on a few recipes that they only use Oregano
I only use 1 clove as I am not keen on garlic. I use fresh chopped parsley and sometimes a bit of oregano ( fresh from my only herb plant in the garden ). I am half Italian so my recipe is quite rich. I use onions, garlic, mince ( beef or a mixture of beef and pork ), tomato puree, chopped tomatoes or passata, salt and pepper, sugar or sweetener, teaspoon dijon mustard, teaspoon worcester sauce or light soy, parsley and oregano. My OH always used to put grated carrot in aswell but that is not traditional Italian so I dont do that in mine. You can also add some pancetta or streaky bacon bits at the frying stage for extra richness.

When I was 14 I used to work in a garden centre with a veg section at the other end and people used to dare me to eat various things raw, and I NEVER lost a dare!!! Disappointingly they gave up when someone dared me to eat a charcoal dog buscuit. It was actually quite nice
Apparently I cut my first tooth on a dog biscuit! :eek:2 years since my OH gave up smoking - total saving approx £5475!!!! :T0
