Emily_Rachel wrote: »Hello, Well done on the new fitness regime. I do find that late night, just before bed is the worst time to be hungry, but if I go to bed hungry I don't wake up really hungry the next morning. Wierd isn't it? If I don't want to go to bed hungry then raw carrots and black or fruit tea always works for me when I'm dieting. I also keep a small supply of low-cal hot choc and cup-a-soup that I can have without ruining the diet. Wishing you all the best!:)
Thank you so much pet. I really do appreciate your tips. Will definitely give the raw carrots a whirl. I stocked up on various teas including fennel, peppermint and others, so might give them a shot. One of my friends says a hot drink always fills her up before bedtime, and I think it's time I gave it a shot. Thanks again love.0 -

Maximum BM is £10
Compares only branded items e.g. weetabix, Heinz but not own brands
BM is instant at the till so make sure the wee machine it comes out of isn't flashing red to say no paper
Yes you only need one branded item so in theory you could buy a warburtons loaf plus £19 clothing. Then you would get 45p BM as the bread is a pound in Sada.
Or you could buy ten £2 items that Are £1 in tosco or Sada and hopefully get £10 BM at the till. Ten is the max to compare.
Your £20 basket of items you can pay for in any fashion you like - part cash, part gift card, part moc, part BM does not matter as long as its £20 and includes one branded item.
Also pay for reduced items seperatley.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Àll the best peeps 2013,hugs to those having a tough time
l have been lurking when possible, we have no computers in house
We took them in for service before. Xmas the repair man has not returned them.I think he may have illness in his family. I'm trying to manage keeping up to date on here using my phone ,but I am a golden oldie when it comes to techie things .just wanted to send a hug to Squigs0 -
OMG, just checking the tosco recs from yesterday, dated 4th and the one I thought was going to be rubbish as it was over £70 of mostly veg and salad, it has produced a 5.76 TPP - my best find ever
It actually worked out cheaper at Morriosn but Sainsburys was only slightly behind.
Apart from the rec with 4 legs of lamb is this the biggest one this year?
I had one for £6.70 a few days ago together with a £2.58 one I found at the same time.0 -
