    Hope that works
Hi I had a box of oats so simple and as you know the idea is to use the sachet for the milk once emptied to have the right quantity but on doing so the milk came out of the bottom of the sachet making a mess over the worktop. So I sent an email to them bringing it to their attention, and as an apology they sent me two £2.50 voucher's so I have been waiting to see them on offer for a little while so I could pounce lol

Well I did get to Sainsburys in the end and not much left as I suspected. I did though get a couple of boxes of the 25p cards, some of the bags of bows for gift wrapping as they had pink ones so good for non Christmas presents. I also got a Christmas gravy boat for 80p, nice enough to go on the table. Also from the baking aisles cake decorations for 20p - used last Years on the trifle last week.
They also had some pink tins with a slab of chocolate in for 50p and little tubs of bath confetti for 20p - these would be good for goody bags for parties or next years stockings.
Best thing I found though was 2 sets of gold oblong place mats 60p each, last 2 on the shelf - very large and solid. Very impressed with these.
My store had loads of marmite things left over and the pizza express mugs and a few decorations, not much else.
Also in the baking section loads of reduced mincemeat including the big tubs for 30p. I have baked minced meats loaves before, sliced and frozen them to add to lunch boxes, might do this again as very short of things to go in lunch boxes - down to the last mr Kipling apple pie from the big glitch days
Most of today's I paid for with a large BM from last week plus a bit of cash so my total spend in real money was only a few pounds - only went in for bread!
I have 2 nectar cards, the lesser used one I spend £1 on a week and this always gives me a till spit for a £20 spend - usually a conditional spend but this week it's 400 points for £20. These ones I use on the main card.
The main card gave me no till spits:(

May be worth complaining, have a look for your local provider on the link below, this shows how many patients they had waiting by test in Oct - latest data. If they have none then I's be writing (or emailing) as they are obviously hiding numbers.

Also worth asking where you are in the 18 week referral to treatment, cos I am pretty sure you are out of it, they will breach that target and incur a financial penalty. This 18 week rule includes waiting time for investigations such as radiology.

PALS or your local equivalent will be able to help you.

Sorry to hear the way your day went, Squigs. You did the best thing you could for your good friend, but it's hard. She looks like a lovely intelligent dog. xx
    Hope is not a strategy.

    Thanks for remembering me patty.
Was ok, nice enough guy but think he had slightly more urgent needs than me:rotfl:Still got me out and my aim is one date a week as I can get into a rut of staying in. Definately not the type of girl to just settle for any man and in the past couple of years I have got a bit dishearted by the whole dating thing.
Need a man who wants to take me out rather than just take me home
Diner date arranged for friday night so posh frock at cleaners.
Got to have lots of no spend days as frock cleaning, eyelashes and stockings ( must have due to undergarments worn with this dress) and I am at £25 this week before leaving the house:eek:

Will keep you all informed how its going. 2013 is the year off getting out more.
