Where was the info on butter? I did ask for some help but don't think I got a reply, I've 15 big tubs of double cream in fridge to do. How much did you get butter wise from what amount of cream please?

    Thanks in advance

Whisk it, whisk a bit more until it separates into butter and buttermilk, drain and keep rinsing it. Job done :)

Keep the buttermilk to make scones, add to porridge etc
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

How awful for him. Why didn't they do it under anaesthetic in the first place.Hope you're ok now too.Hugs Caz.
I think they don't like to anesthetize if they can help it , I suppose there is always a risk but I knew what would happen
if they tried without( he is a wimp anyway )
We have all recovered now and he is fetching me his ball so he has forgotten.

    Afternoon all

Feeling quite jealous of the hauls of goodies people are getting from sainsbobs but realistically I don't need anything and so having another no spend day which makes 4/7 so far.
Just managed to finally find the money vodafone took from my account. it was sitting removed from my account but sitting unclaimed from my bank so very releived to see £99 credited back into my bank account just now. Has been a pain as been trying to get it refunded since 21/12 but I suppose if I had had it I would have spent it in the sales anyway.
Decided to sit and sort out the spreadsheet instead of going shopping.

Thats what I was thinking Ive had 3 NSDs , one day for £2 and one for £3 so not doing bad will get these stashes and freezer down. Plus looking behind me we have MT, selection boxes, many boxes of foxes biscuits plus other chocolate things from asda sell off.
So doing really well and wishing others happy hunting in this one :T

At school we make it with the boys by putting it in a long lidded tupperware container with a marble in. put cream in, put lid on and shake :)

Was tempted to go out myself but even with 2S locals within I/2 mile and a bigger one 1 mile away I resisted. We still have a few Lindt Santas left from last year (10p?) and a stack of chocs & biscuits thanks to sada even after giving loads away.
