Most of the time the pain is from not stretching properly after exercising :) i know when i don't i feel a bit sore/stiff HTH

Hmmm, now that's an idea. It could be that, or it could be that he set me up a really intense new programme to get rid of my mini belly and it seems to be working? He did say I would ache like it was no one's business for a while. I seem to struggle to get up after I have sat down. Ouch!

Also, not sure if anyone is dieting or trying to be healthy this year, but say for example, I get extreme hunger pangs at 11pm, what should I eat? Obviously, with this being the brand new look me regime, 6 packs of Walkers crisps is out of the window :o. I've tried drinking loads of water but that just makes me hungrier. Any ideas? I've tried Matzo's crackers (the super 0.1% fat ones) and I just end up finishing the whole box in one go.

    Dear Tesco

Please can I have your assurance that your Northern Ireland stores will accept the £5 off £25 Marks and Spencer vouchers that are currently valid? As you may know, I am having trouble getting access to the terms and conditions leaflet which refers.

    Thanks.

    Tesco Hi Julie,

I can confirm that all of our Northern Ireland stores will accept the competitors vouchers so long as they're within date and the Terms & Conditions of the voucher are met

Have you had any issues with redeeming the voucher? If this is the case can you please let me know which store you're looking to spend this in?

To transfer apgs to gift cards it's dependant on the sa. Pick up a gift card by the till and put on the conveyor with your shopping and load it with an amount of your choice, I tend to put it through first. The sa in my experience then just take the apgs against the subtotal, although they are not obliged to, choose your sa wisely! An alternative is to buy something you know your store will return without a receipt. Return policies differ I have two local stores and one will only exchange without a receipt regardless of the item but the other takes returns without question. HTH.

Oh fab thank you I didn't realise was that easy. Got 2 for tomorrow and 2 for 10th and can't afford to spend it this month if no glitch.

My butter is now made and, apart from the bits decorating my worktop, cupboard doors, microwave, floor and my jumper and trousers, most of it is in the freezer. One pack (which I left out to try) is currently going down fast as DH has started spreading it thickly on slices of Sada whoopsied fruit bread.

I did it in 2 separate lots and you lot certainly weren't kidding about the mess it makes.Second lot took a lot more rinsing out but both lots look and taste the same. Thanks for the advice.

Where was the info on butter? I did ask for some help but don't think I got a reply, I've 15 big tubs of double cream in fridge to do. How much did you get butter wise from what amount of cream please?

    Thanks in advance
