It looks like the APG system may be playing up again, but not in our favour.
Baxters soup 3 for 2 is being recognised on the Asda purchases, but NOT when compared to Tesco0 -
Had a nice dinner at Mums with 2 sisters last night. Used up some wombled lamb from T and some whoopsied veg from New Morrisons. However ended on a bad note cause the subject of Mums care came up again and eldest sister started throwing her weight around and told me to go home.
So I did where I will stay until she goes home on 16th Jan. I am going to call Eldest brother tonight and call a meeting between us siblings to discuss way forward with Mum.
I am going to employment agency tommorow to register. There is a nice bookkeeping job going that would suit me advertised. Think my only option is to get a job and they will have to realise that Mum needs outside care as I am done.
Just getting to pop out for the paper and get a bit more Alessi cutlery as I have some more coupons and some Sun £5.00 off vouchers aswell.
No food though as I have already had to play fridge and freezer tetris today.
Happy New Year to all my dear friends on here. ( and I mean everyone)
Hi,i can understand your post. When my mum needed care it divided my family and because i was at home with small children the rest of the family thought i should have my mum to live with me.but i knew once she lived with me that would be it none of my brothers or sisters would have taken her to live with them at some point, and i am from a family of eight.I know it sounds hard but i had to think about my OH and children.0 -

It's been puzzling me for a while, how do most people even afford to eat these days?
The amount of wombles I've picked up with 10 - 12 items with a value of over £20 and a basketful of stuff at the most.
If I had to pay full price for what I needed my fridge and cupboards would be bare apart from a few value things and whoopsies...but instead it's stuffed with nice yummy things most of them branded or good quality...it's scary to think what most people would have paid to fill their cupboards like me!
This is why the Elite is so valuable - it isn't just one person it's lots of people keeping their eyes peeled and working together to make the most of glitches and bargains that make such a difference financially to all of our lives.:o
Bring on the glitches on 2013!
:beer::beer::beer:
im sure its the credit cards and loans and payday places and cash genarators oh and buy as you view --
lots of the mother/dads up school i go to littraly look down there nose at me when i mention a very good deal or good coupon , so now i dnt bother ,
and if i mention the charity shop they are like :eek: but if i try explaing ebay is the same thing they look at me like im alien lol
think the amount of asda recipts we womble its not as if asda dnt advertise that they will give you back voucher if not cheaper--
i think its a stigma type thingy where people wont be seen to have help, use voucher, haggle
but they missing a trick as me o/h and dd are goign to be buying our own house this year and going on an holiday all from the money we saved adn wombled and we got time to save spending money to now . so that what our wombles are going towards :T0 -
