Just a thought, when we post wombles can we post the date too, just in case any glitches are evident it may be possible to narrow down the day? Amended mine above to say from yesterday

Had a nice dinner at Mums with 2 sisters last night. Used up some wombled lamb from T and some whoopsied veg from New Morrisons. However ended on a bad note cause the subject of Mums care came up again and eldest sister started throwing her weight around and told me to go home.
So I did where I will stay until she goes home on 16th Jan. I am going to call Eldest brother tonight and call a meeting between us siblings to discuss way forward with Mum.
I am going to employment agency tommorow to register. There is a nice bookkeeping job going that would suit me advertised. Think my only option is to get a job and they will have to realise that Mum needs outside care as I am done.
Just getting to pop out for the paper and get a bit more Alessi cutlery as I have some more coupons and some Sun £5.00 off vouchers aswell.
No food though as I have already had to play fridge and freezer tetris today.
Happy New Year to all my dear friends on here. ( and I mean everyone)

Happy New Year everyone, and may all your trollies be filled with glitches. Have to second what SpirallingDown said though, please can some of them be healthy ones :)

Off to see The Hobbit shortly, with some free tickets that I won. Not really my cup of tea but I could always have a little nap, the cinema seats are quite comfy...
  • Happy New Year everyone - hope it's a good one for you all :)

Had a very quiet one last as we're all a bit under the weather with this flu doing the rounds continually so having a quiet day too. Off to catch up yet again.

One pound tickets to see Disney's the Brave at Cineworld. There are several of these on and off now so could be worth checking sometimes for you mums and dads

Or anyone Brave enough - get it, see what I did there - to try without child accompaniment :D

Best wishes to all for a wonderful 2013

Late to the thread, been doing budgets & banking, frugal challenge worked out for this year!

Managed to undercut the challenge by £500 on last years spending, but have to do even better this year.

Hope we'll all have some excellent glitches to help the money stretch further, and hope the trolley boys stop picking up all the receipts in my stores!
