My Fave glitch of the year was the BS at 5.00/5.30am. It was so funny chatting to the Elite at 5.00am knowing you were'nt the only other nutter that had set your alarm that early to catch a glitch(And it made it even sweeter when the refunds came for the LYB cards;)) Mind you the APG cleaning stuff was a winner;)and so was the £1 cheese, then again I did love the 1p lamb aeros:TDishwasher tabs were pretty good, as still are the 1p Monster munch.Loved the 4p socks and sunglasses and the "free" Bavaria.Had to be brave with the Denby DTD dinner sets;) and also liked the car coupons;) Liked the £20 Dwell vouchers and loved the Special K FB coupons. All in all far too many to mention, but rounded off nicely with the Glam BS cards and a damn good Elite year:T:T:T:T:beer:

I didn't get half of that, but I do remember the thrill of my first DTD on some paper cups and plates for my nephews birthday party :D

Thanks to that, some clever shopping and some very generous people on here with vouchers, I could do the whole thing for £1.24, absolutely everything included. He still tells me now how much fun he had :j

  • If anyone fancies something to make them laugh, try and catch tonight's 'It'll Be Alright On The Night' with Griff Rhys Jones. We were in the audience when it was being filmed a few months back. There's come right crackers on there, I won't spoil it for you, but look out for the clip of the person reporting from the music festival .......... :rotfl:

You don't have to really clean them its the on all fours scrubbing action that is supposed to work wonders....recommended by a proper old school midwife who wore lace up dm shoes!!

    Finishing work at 4 :)

Off then to visit my mum and dads grave as dad died 12 years ago today. My FIL's anniversary is also today but 21 years ago. Can't visit FIL grave as it is North Yorkshire.

    Catch up later hopefully.

12 years...... Bet it seems like yesterday.....

Best glitch? Only found forum is august and first was the mr shoes 500pts on body sprays. Not found a dtd yet but have found a lovely coupon friendly tosco. Was new to glitching on the 'Great sado autumn of 2012' but did build dd up a nice stash of baby food and s'poo. The 3 for £10 chocs I have not gone overboard with but helped a few friends with their xmas presents.
BS has been fab and looking forward to the next one.
Most exciting thing for me was my Love to Shop vouchers from Chicken Tonight and getting the win email on xmas eve as was a really good present I was not expecting.

Fairclare do you remember the Cambells survey a couple of months ago? I finally got my money off coupons today.
Got a strange email from SecretSanta today saying my parcel has been dispatched! Defo didn't order anything but wondering if might be competition win. Not holding out much hope at contents as new f/b page about bad contents arriving late but sure charity shop will be happy to benefit.

Looking forward to 2013's bargains and my first dtd. Off out to check the toothbrushes and phones tomorrow.

Fave glitch of 2012 has to be the Sada super mega uber duper mess up with the cereals and cleaning products. Still shed loads of cereals all over the house. Eeeeek. Would not have done it had it not been for Melgirl who mentioned it to me and if you guys had not contributed on this posh glam thread. So thank you all he says whilst eating yet another cereal bar :D

Close second has to be the body spray with the 500 points. Just about managed to use up my £400 worth of points I had stashed up with the Clarins/body sprays/perfume/Vitabiotics offers this year!

I'm giving up on the Glamour magazine hunt. I must have flicked through about 500 magazines now and now a £15 or a £100 in sight.

So what is everyone using the Sada apg vouchers from the Vinnies on? Just normal shopping or is there something else going on at the moment?

Is it just me or are the sales pants this year? All the Boots stores near me are still more or less fully loaded and the fragrance sets are not shifting either. Levis store didn't even have a sale on? And most other posh clothes shops only had 10 to 30% off. !!!!!!!

Oooh, Love to Shop vouchers. That reminds me of another favourite - Mission Control and late night tipping and thumbs upping and trying to work out the Mission Control names of the MSE peeps. And some well dodgy but very funny hints and tips :D

    Afternoon all.
Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and are not suffering the after effects too much!;)
Back to normal for us now, but I admit to not having set foot inside a shop of any description since the day before Xmas eve.

I shopped christmas eve but just to get fresh salad stuff. Still have plenty to keep us going.

Is there anything worth getting in Tesco at the moment. Bearing in mind it involves a 30 odd mile round trip?
Everyone seems to be saying that the sales are pretty dire this year so didn't know whether the best bargains will be found towards the end rather than the beginning of them.

I need someone to spur me into action. :D

Me too purdy, I just can't be bothered to go have a look at the sales, and as for MrA with his ff and mt or other chocs, I've had more than enough
As I need to get a charger for my kindle hd, (seen one that will work in currys, can click and collect) DH suggested we go to Ip%wi^h tomorrow, collect my charger then go to MrTs   whatever for I asked

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.
