Only looking for quick responses here to see if there might be a major retailer/e-tailer I have missed. Looking for a 1TB-3TB hard drive from a reliable brand. I know Maplins and Currys have a lot of good deals... anyone care to share any other sites?

Until the retailers announce there boxing day sales, then your guess is as good any one else.Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0

Yeah guess I should wait, I wanted to order something now online to get it delivered (on holiday over the Xmas period)... Maplins seems the best bet so far for hard drives but I guess patience pays off.0

http://www.scan.co.uk/ sometimes has some good deals on. At the top right of their page is a "Today Only" section with some really good offers on changing all the time.
And if you live anywhere near Bolton (Middlebrook), you can just call into their warehouse to pick it up rather than wait for delivery0 -
My first port of call is always google shopping sorted by price low to high. Due presumably to index spamming you do have to filter out some duff results and I always avoid any no feedback results too but it will give you a very good idea of the target price.-TangleFoot- wrote: »But Ebuyer is where I usually look first.
For 1TB internal SATA current Maplin specials show a B grade drive at £49.99 or a new one at £64.99 brand unspecified.
I've used CCL in the past and they have a SATA 2 Seagate drive for £52.39 delivered. There may be cheaper but I only spent a couple of minutes as I'm not buying myself.
