Ordered 2x mops as Christmas present in November and was told delivery - 5 -15 days after order. Still waiting , have sent several reminders to them. They are now saying if I dont get them today they well them chase them up. Seriously I haven't even had a dispatch note so this is unlikely. So disappointed and totally unimpressed.
