linking ebay and paypal accounts??

Please help!! I supposed I had done this but when I went to list on a foreign ebay an error message appeared telling me that either my paypal account isn't verified or that it isn't linked to my paypal account. I've just become verified so it must be the second one. Does anyone know how to link the paypal account to your ebay account.

On PayPal, go to your "Profile" page, then under "Selling Preferences" it's "Auctions". There you can add Ebay accounts. I only have my main one listed. I use that for selling. Can't ever remember setting it up! LOL0

done that and checked in My Ebay and it appears ebay has recognised I have linked my account to it but I still can't list on ebay france - still the same error message. I suppose it might take a while to update their systems so I'll try again tomorrow0
