Motorcycle no claims after a two year break in insurance

I've read that a select few insurers will allow you to carry forward your no claims bonus up to a period of three years break in your policy. I have a two years break and would ideally like to save as much money in the long run as possible.
Does anybody know of a specific motorbike insurer that will allow a break in insurance up to three years? Even if it's more expensive than a budget insurer who doesn't allow this, when I renew my policy next year with a new budget insurer can I then claim to have all my no claims from before and after my break in insurance as my previous insurer was giving me all that no claims bonus (assuming I don't have an accident)?
Plan:
Find insurer that accepts three years break in policy, even if it's slightly more expensive.
Use policy for one year, hopefully adding another year to my previous two years no claims (ending two years ago
)
Next year renew the policy with a budget insurer who will now accept my new found three years no claims as the break in policy is gone? This is also a question although I'm sure it would work.
Problems
The comparison sites don't differentiate between insurers allowing three and two year breaks in policy and thus I can't put my two years no claims bonus in as it assumes this with less than a two year break in policy. I need to go direct to an insurer who accepts a three year break, I've been told they exist but not had any names dropped.
Any help would be terrific. Thanks.

See if a local broker (not swinton) can help with this. (Though note that any insurer currently prepared to take 3 year old NCD may have changed their policy over this by the time you are ready to buy)0

Find a cheap moped. Put it on 3rd party only.
You then have no break and a extra NCD all for next to nothing.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0 -
