enterprise are fine, they are not credit hire

    No. They do credit hire.

We don't know under what circumstances the enterprise car is being supplied.
  • Spacey - thats what i'm worried about. We don't want to be stuck with a bill for a courtesy car, especially for something that wasn't even our fault. Would we then be liable to pay for the courtesy car if they do go 50/50? My insurance said they won't give us the car unless she admits liability but the Enterprise are meant to be calling me today to arrange it and that's not long enough for my insurance to have even contacted hers.
  • I don't know why your oh parked on the offside at night.

Take care over alarmist posts. Anyone can post remember.
  • Because the street is a cul-de-sac and all the houses have driveways so he couldn't park on the other side and block peoples driveways. Plus he was there for litterly a couple of minutes with his dad sat in the car. Either way she should have seen our car. She was reversing, not him.

And i will do Quentin, thankyou
  • Let's hope the neighbour didn't see his reverse lights then.;)
  • the neighbour wouldn't have seen his reverse lights from where he came from. plus they were only on for a split second before he knocked them back off when he realised she was reversing.

They can tell lies, You can tell lies. Thats what insurance is for.

They will look at your story and their story and see if they can find any loopholes.

Without 100% proof, How can they decide who was telling the truth?
Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...

  • Well lets just hope she's honest about what happened. If she is they will find 100% in our favour as she hit a stationary car. If they don't then she's clearly lied through her teeth to her insurer.
  • She should not apoligise
