House Renovation, Leeds - Help!

I'm planning on remortgaging over then next few months to do my house up but I've never had this amount of work done so I'm not sure who i need to do it! If that makes any sense!
I've a massive list of things I want doing, including converting cellar (which is basically dry, no knocking down walls etc) to a large kitchen with a utility room and cloakroom off it, changing current kitchen to a study so ripping out old kitchen, building desks, powerpoints etc. Living room needs wooden floor, new bathroom, sorting out damp problems and some dodgy electrics, plus a few jobs outside such as new fensing and new paving.
I don't know if I need to get a specialist cellar conversion company, then a builder plus electricians and plumbers or do some building firms do all that including fitting a kitchen and a bathroom?
I'm going to shop around for quotes so i'd be grateful if anyone can recommend a firm in Leeds. I'd prefer to hire one company so it will hopefully save a bit of money and also a lot of hassle!!
