can i claim again?

can i claim again,ive already claimed and got £2226 back but i have got more charges since then.
savings for 2012.. New year new me.. Going to save save save... and not spend spend spend. :rotfl:

    It depends entirely on how you agreed to settle your pevious claim. If you signed anything stating you would not claim future charges then no. Settling in 'full and final settlement' is a tricky one also. Check the paperwork and the wording carefully. If you can post the exact wording here I can attempt to advise more precisely :)

    i cant find it, im on moving. I NO IT WAS A FULL AND FINAL Thing. But will this one just be another claim, as im not claiming the charges they didnt give me back, ive put the bit in about them not beening aloud to take me benefit(income support).

    Blimey, we're both up early :)

    The good thing about you not being able to remember is that the bank will remind you when you claim again what the terms were if they think it was in their favour. My best advice is to claim again and to see what happens then. You can always argue any 'full and final' settlement pertained only to a certain period of time for charges and not for the entire account to date ;) Good luck :)

    I claimed back twice, both times successful. Second time a claim of £175 pound was settled with £196 payment, dont know if they worked out the interest themselves or just felt that was a good deal.
