I am sending all my thanks to my local Trading Standards, who advised me what to write in a letter to the company I bought a faulty sofa from.
The leather dye started to wear off due to not being sealed properly and Land of Leather were not the most helpful when it came to choosing a different suite and refunding the difference in price back.
I sent an email one morning and by the afternoon I received a response. The lady kept in contact with me until I had acheived a suitable outcome.
Thanks Trading Standards.
