Hurricane Windscale Equivalent for IQ and EQ?

The Saffir-Simpson Hurricane Wind Scale is brilliant, conjuring up images of uprooted trees and roof tiles falling off to make the nebulous topic of wind speed something very tangible.
It was being explained to me that someone with an IQ of 150 doesn't always appreciate what someone with an IQ of 100 can't understand, which is fair enough.
I do appreciate that the topic is huge, but does anyone have access to a simple list of examples akin to those of the Hurricane Scale, just to give short sweet examples? And one for the EQ scale too?

Is it me or this doesn't make much sense?
What do you mean by 'appreciate what someone with an IQ of 100 can't understand'. Ie. someone of average intelligence can't understand why they got a ticket for parking illegally, whilst someone G&T will understand the reason, but not agree or respect it? Or do you mean that they won't appreciate the fact that someone not as clever as them don't understand something obvious to them?0 -
Thorsoak, erm, I suppose that I should point out that the answer is me?0

It's any aspect of it that I would appreciate getting concrete examples of, which is why I've asked about both IQ and EQ.
I'm used to IQ being used for gauging academic ability, e.g. in maths. However, how does it actually affect day to day existence and judgement?
Your question about parking tickets is one - there will be people of any IQ who don't care anyhow, but if we exclude those, does IQ actually affect their grasp of the implications illegal parking, or for that matter other mundane things?0 -
London, for goodness sake! This is a bit heavy for Xmas Eve! Don't you have a few sprouts to prep or a bottle of something tasty to open?
