FF Am with everyone else, less is more.

Well I have been to the doctors today. Am fasting from 10 tonight for blood tests at 8 in the morning.
She has told me I must follow a complete carb free diet. Not just bread, potatoes, rice etc. She means NO CARBS WHAT SO EVER, no soup, sauces, FRUIT.

I even have to use skimmed milk in my coffee. :(

As you can tell I am not impressed at the moment.

I have no idea. At least until the blood tests come back. I don't eat bread or pasta anyway as I have a wheat intolerance and IBS, but I do eat rice and potatoes. And FRUIT.

I have been looking through my cupboards and I can't have any of it. Even beetroot has carbs in it.:(
  • oh wow omo how are you going to manage that? Sounds awful.
