persnal-accident injury claim help
Hi Forum
Ive been involved in a car crash recently,im looking to claim compensation for my injury, a solicitor who is representing some of my passangers has offered to represent me too, they are willing to guarentee no cost to me,and if succesfull i will keep 100% of my award. How is this possible ? they must get paid from somone ? does this sound correct ? any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated.

3rd party hasnt got much of a choice as we have lots of witness's plus they were a member of the drink driving brigade, so they spent at very least the night and next day in custody,
btw, just as you replied sgt pepper just came on the radio lol.0 -
They get their money from you taking out an insurance policy and paying for it.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -

They do get paid!
You get all your compensation, and their fees get paid by the third party.
You can get a bit more if you want!
Google cashback injury solicitors to find reputable firms who will pay you £100s for giving them your business on top of all your compensation.
(They normally pay high referral fees to insurers for passing on leads, and are happy to cut out the middleman insurer and pay out direct to the client for your instructions)0 -

ok, i get it, their fees are recovered from 3rd party , thanks for pointing this out Quentin.0
