I think final reductions are the same prices everywhere? I think it's just managers that vary from store to store.

Hi, I did an order early this morning but couldn't get the £5 off £35 to work. Just called CS and the lady knew it had been a problem and refunded my card straight away.

did ok in hamilton 4 bras (1 a pair so 5 bras in total) and 2 matching pants to one bra for £30. Prices were not marked down from the original sale price but there was no rhyme or reason to discounts from marked price.

The site is acting up at the moment. I wonder if they are updating prices? I tried to place an order twice: the first time it just redirected me to stuff I put in my basket months ago but didn't buy in the end, and the second time it said "Our Marks and Spencer Online Store is currently unavailable. We are currently updating our sites to improve your shopping experience. This service interruption will be brief." A sign of something?

The website seems to be OK now. If it redirects you back to your basket I think it means the item you are trying to buy has just gone out of stock (it did this to me earlier). Keep checking the sale pages, at this time of night and early morning new sale stock seems to be added, especially the Christmas and Nightwear sections, but they quickly get snapped up!
