Problems trying to contact Jump Money

Hi,
I wondered if anyone had tried ringing Jump Money lately who are a firm of financial advisers. I have the tried 3 numbers that I have always used for them, and have used them in the last few weeks however on ringing them in the last few days, at first they were all saying number not recognised, now it's just a dead tone. I have checked the FSA register & the number on there is one that I have already tried.
I wondered if anyone knew if they had changed their number or had any information? There is nothing on their website.
Many thanks.
Emma.

Are you sure you've been phoning the correct number, and not maybe Swintons by mistake? :cool:0

Hi there,
Thanks for your reply. Yes it's definitely their number, it's the same one on the FSA register too & that's shown on their website.0 -
have you tried directory enquiries? Not sure how up to date the enquiry provider data is these days.
It is also possible that there is a fault on their phone line.
Not sure if you still can but BT operators could check a phone line and advise if it is faulty/disconnected/abandoned etc.0 -
They have gone in to liquidation and are now closed. All staff were made redundant in December.0
