Not being very 'techie', I am having problems when going on to some sites when it says unable to continue, cookies have been blocked or whatever... which is frustrating when I actually want them for that particular website...
So I went to Tools;Internet Options;Security;(it's set on medium) and even put the website in to the allow bit and all that... but still comes up the same...
Any ideas ?? Driving me mad.

Once you've reset the security levels, you need to completely shut IE, and then restart it again. Any changes will then take effect.
HTHI haven't been asked to tell you that I'm the Board Drunk for this board. As the night wears on, my posts will become worse, with simple spelling mistakes, inane ramblings, and a blatant disregard for the truth. I have no authority to do anything, so there's no point asking or telling me. If you see me past midnight, please tell me to get my coat and order me a taxi.
