Currently this is one forum, but the laws covering Scotland are very different to those covering England and Wales. This often leads to people posting their questions and being given respones "assuming you are in England/Wales". It would be much clearer if there was a separate forum for Scotland.

Note: Unless otherwise stated, my property related posts refer to England & Wales. Please make sure you state if you are discussing Scotland or elsewhere as laws differ.
