CEA Card and Cineworld Online

Hi I'm looking for some advice.
We are planning on going to a Cineworld later today and I've just tried booking tickets online via Mycineworld. I've booked two adults and a child. One of the tickets is for an adult and I've entered a CEA card number meaning one of the adults go free. However despite the code being entered when it comes to paying it is still showing a fee for two adults and one child. No discount taken off. Just wondered if anybody as used mycineworld and a CEA card and know what to do?

If you are using the CEA card online then just get your tickets inside the cinema.

Don't think we've had any issue with the CEA card online.
  • I know this won't help for that visit but maybe for next time!
Enter your CEA card number before picking your tickets and another option of "CEA Carer £0.00" appears. You would then pick one adult, one child and one carer ticket but only be charged for the adult and child ticket.
