Just for the record, the "we are currently experiencing problems..." message appears when speaking to FD due to the account being updated by the person you are speaking to.
One person is allowed to update your account at one time.
This is a security protocol that prevents multiple sources from entering your account at the same time. Anyone at FD will confirm this for you.0 -

That's not my experience. Just identifying oneself to CS is sufficient for the problem to occur.0
