Rahhhh Debenhams!!

I ordered two items from Debenhams and one came really quickly and the other was delivered on the 7th of December (the day I went on holiday) I returned on the 14th to find a card put through my door to advise they left the item outside- it wasn't there which is no surprise after a week.

I phoned their expensive call line and explained all of this and the guy said it was signed for- This made me really cross because clearly he hadn't listened to anything I had said. In the end I spent around £4 on the call as he wouldn't phone back, the call was finished and he said I would receive a refund.

Today I have received an email saying the other item (of a lot less value!) is being refunded!!! :mad: Another call to their expensive line and this time they phoned me back. They have refunded the correct item and said that they would continue to refund the item that I did receive (only £6 but it covers my calls for the £19 item)

All in all I am still a bit annoyed, this isn't what you need before Christmas and it should have been done correctly on the first call/the delivery man shouldn't just leave it outside!
