I have paid of my protected loan in full and have been charged £1110 for administration charges for when I was in arrears approx £50 a month and a charge of £900 for a Solicitor and Field Visit - non of which I was notified of before action was taken and the loan company can provide no evidence of a letter sent to me regarding these extra charges. Can I claim any of this back

Certainly worth a try and it is up to the loan company to prove in court that these costs are reasonable and do not contravene consumer law. Sorry I cant be more specific, perhaps someone else can. Good luck
