Nope it's not !
I had a basket full of stuff at 10.30 last night, but their website just wouldn't let me check out.
Now I can check out but the £10 discount has disappeared.
Not the end of the world though, as I was only ordering to take advantage of the glitch. There was noting I was absolutely desperate for.....
Roll on the next glitch Claire finds:D0 -
Had a box of stuff today. I did a few orders but this one I forgot to opt for store delivery. I pleased with everything although the pj bottoms are a little on the small side. Are M&S sizes not what they were or is it a consequence of Christmas gluttony I wonder?:j Trytryagain FLYLADY - SAYE £700 each month Premium Bonds £713 Mortgage Was £100,000@20/6/08 now zilch 21/4/15:beer: WTL - 52 (I'll do it 4 MUM)0

I placed an order to collect from store on the 2nd Jan, and never had a confirmation email at all which I thought was odd (although the order did show in my 'open orders' on the m&s site). However today I have just had my dispatch email, so hopefully yours should be fine too!No Buying Toiletries Challenge since 23/10/2011

Have you looked on the M&S website at 'My Account'? That should tell you the status of all your orders.0 -
Just had the dreaded email to say that all my items on my order are now out of stock and they have cancelled my whole order.
They have sugared the pill by telling me they have not charged me for it! Very good of them!0 -
I ordered crackers on the 22nd using this offer
on the 27th they took the full payment out of my account (£15)
on the 28th I had a partial dispatch for 3 items out of 4
today (30th) I have an email saying the other item is now out of stock and they have cancelled that item off my order and I have not been charged for it.
The problem is they have already taken the money for this item. Does anyone know if the extra money they took will automatically be refunded or will I have to contact them? thank you0 -
Just been to collect the order that hadn't been cancelled, from our local Simply Food store. Was given two large boxes and a piece of paper detailing the 5 items I had ordered.
When I got home, I opened the boxes to find only 4 of the items.
Very unhappy, I rang the store and was told that 'Head Office haven't been very good at keeping people informed about deliveries'. They did a search and couldn't find any other parcel for me.
I have realised that I am on dodgy ground here. It's now my word against their's that I didn't get all the 5 items.
They are closed tomorrow, but I've asked them to get someone to call me on Wednesday.
As it stands, I think the best I can hope for is a refund of what I paid for the 5th item. Very disappointing, as really wanted it and it's out of stock now.0 -
I've had an email from Marks and Spencer to say that my missing item is at the store for collection! I suspect it was there all along. The email says that they have told the staff at the store to ensure they hand over all parcels to the customers on collection.
Very frustrating that I have to go back as I'm working the rest of the week so won't be able to pick it up until Saturday morning. Still at least it's available. I'd worked out that I would only have got one pound refund on the original price of £22. The order value would have dropped below the £50, so I'd have lost the £10 off and it had been discounted by 50%.0
