Thanks jbro I was hoping it was a glitch. Oh well looks like boots on and a trek up the road. Won't get the £10 off though.
Ironic thing is that the M&S up the road is one of the biggest and less than a mile on foot. I suppose they are too busy todeal with collections.:(

May still be worth putting in an online order to collect on 31st and saving the items for next Christmas? Or getting gifts for birthdays that are in the New Year?
