Peugeot 207 problems
took out a car loan from carloan4u and i purchased a peugeot 207 from a local garage, all seemed well...
iv changed the head light bulb after a week and now the bulbs gone again (obviously a car fault) also its break light has failed and there is moisture in the unit...
the car would not start the other day but eventualy did and also keeps hunting keeps revving then nearly stalling sometimes worse than others(have videos on youtube for proof)
and the break pedal seems loose.
its been a complete nightmare and i have warranty 3 months its a month old and im taking it back tommorow.
the question im asking is if i can return the car and have my money back ? or what are my rights?
sorry if iv missed anything out but

You know not to touch the headlight bulb when your fitting it don't you? The oil from your hands boils on the glass and fractures it enough for the gas to leak out, which in turn blows the filament within days.
Tail light bulb could just be a coincidence, water or damp on a 12v circuit, won't cause a problem. In fact a car could run happily in a swimming pool if not for the high voltage ignition circuit and the exhaust taking on water.
I might eventually cause corrosion, but this won't blow a bulb.
Engine trouble sounds exactly like the lambda sensor has gone kaput, had any work to the exhaust done recently?“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Wait for the diagnostics... Could be a faulty throttle position sensor or a little more pricey, the injectors.
What's the age and mileage.
I have a similar brake light issue recently on a mondeo, damaged the cluster so watch out for that0 -
You take the car back and they fix it.
Bulbs do blow. If you touch the glass they can blow very rapidly.
What bulb was it? Decent quality brand or £ shop special?
Voltage issues can blow bulbs, But usually all the bulbs on the same circuit.
So both headlights bulbs and tail light bulbs all at the same time then possibly a voltage stabiliser issue.
If they find nothing wrong will they charge you?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
It's French.. they do make some very good wine and cheese, just not cars.0
